Citing it's anticipation of a repeat of last year's "mass filings" of H-1B petitions on April 1, 2008, USCIS has published some "helpful hints" related to the filing of H-1B Cap petitions. These tips, which are primarily procedural, and quite general in nature, don't cover all of the potential common problem areas with H-1B petitions. But, they do serve as a valuable reminder that USCIS will not hesitate to reject H-1B petitions that don't comply with all of the applicable rules and regulations.
